From Painting to Performance

Roger Goldenberg will share his relationship with painting and jazz at the Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery on Saturday, February 21 at 2:00 pm. This event is part of the New Hampshire Art Association’s Winter Lecture and Dialogue Series.

Roger Goldenberg Solo Exhibition – Visual Jazz: Themes and Variations at Portsmouth Music and Arts Center

PMAC will host a Meet the Artist Reception with Roger on Wednesday, February 11th from 5:00-6:30 pm in our Haas Family Gallery. Free and open to the public, join us to enjoy refreshments, good company and speak with Roger himself!

Portsmouth Music and Arts Center (PMAC) is happy to welcome our very own Roger Goldenberg into the Haas Family Gallery with his Solo Art Exhibit – Visual Jazz: Themes and Variations. The exhibit will be up at PMAC, 973 Islington Street in Portsmouth, from January 16th until February 28th. Gallery hours are 1:00pm-5:00pm Monday through Wednesday and 1:00pm-6:30pm Thursdays. Hours are subject to change based on PMAC Events. Please call ahead with any inquiries at (603)431-4278.

Join PMAC during the coldest months for some of the warmest, most exciting art you’ll see. Roger’s Visual Jazz pieces will have you entranced and always looking for more. Every texture, twist, color and motion will excite you. With Roger’s work, there is no limit to how long you can explore the depths of his pieces. Roger notes that “My paintings reflect my love for music – especially jazz and improvisation. Their tempo, tone and color correlate perfectly to this music.”
